One Domino Square

One Domino Square, located on the Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn, New York, is a luxury residential project that includes ground floor retail space. The project is part of Two Trees Management Co.’s $2 billion redevelopment of the former Domino Refinery campus just north of the Williamsburg Bridge. The project is virtually complete and 271 of the 279 market rate apartments have been leased. Approximately 70 jobs/investor have already been created. One Domino Square is in a TEA and eligible for the reduced investment requirement of $800K. THE REFINERY

The Refinery is located on the Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn, New York. The landmarked building, formerly the Domino Sugar Refinery, is part of the $2 billion redevelopment of the Williamsburg Waterfront undertaken by Two Trees Management Company. Construction of the project is complete and leasing in currently underway with multiple tenants signed and approximately 40% of the space currently occupied. Equinox, the high-end fitness brand, has leased approximately 40,000 square feet across three floors and, in December 2024, opened the first lux gym in the Williamsburg market. Approximately 55 jobs/investor have already been created. The project is in a TEA and therefore eligible for the discounted investment requirement of $800K.
