280 Kent North Square is a luxury residential project on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, part of Two Trees Management’s $2 billion redevelopment of the former Domino Refinery campus. Construction began in April 2025, the foundation is complete, and the superstructure is now rising. Once finished, the project will include about 605 luxury apartments and 9,133 square feet of ground-floor retail, and is projected to create more than 85 jobs per investor. The Refinery is a landmarked former Domino Sugar building on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, now part of a $2 billion redevelopment by Two Trees Management.
