Brooklyn, NY Two Trees Management Co. reported the signing of six new office leases at The Refinery at Domino: RomanAI, Contra, Kamp Grizzly, Zulu Alpha Kilo, Lola Blankets, and Mega. Totaling over 16,000 s/f, these new deals contribute to the property’s leasing momentum and growing community of tech, marketing, and consumer product tenants. The Williamsburg office building has signed 50 leases since January 2024, including retail.
On the ninth floor, Kamp Grizzly signed a 2,460 s/f lease, Contra signed a 2,460 s/f lease, and Mega signed a 3,926 s/f lease. Zulu Alpha Kilo signed a 2,500 s/f lease on the eighth floor, Lola Blankets signed a 3,380 s/f lease on the seventh floor, and RomanAI signed a 2,008 s/f lease on the fifth floor. Alyssa Zahler, managing director of commercial leasing, represented Two Trees in-house across all six deals.
In addition to new leasing activity, The Refinery has seen a consistent trend of existing tenants expanding their footprint within the building, underscoring its appeal as a long-term home for growing companies. Three tenants recently expanded their space. Whop, a digital marketplace that helps creators and entrepreneurs monetize their communities and online products, increased its footprint by 20,000 s/f. LayerZero, a blockchain infrastructure company enabling cross-chain communication, more than doubled its original lease. FLORA, an AI-powered creative platform that helps professionals build complex workflows, grew rapidly soon after moving in. Together, these expansions reflect the building’s ability to support fast-scaling firms as they evolve.
